Bringing Real Care to Life at PIK2
In celebration of Valentine’s Day as a moment to share love and compassion, PIK2, together with PIK Tourism Board and Pet Adventure Wonderland (PAW), successfully presented
“Share Love, Save Lives: Dog & Cat Adoption Day.”
Recognized as one of Indonesia’s most pet-friendly destinations, PIK2 introduced this initiative as a heartfelt commitment to animal welfare—especially for abandoned dogs and cats currently under the care of shelters.
More than just an adoption event, this initiative also serves as an educational platform, encouraging the public to understand the important role shelters play while promoting responsible pet adoption. Through this experience, visitors are invited to see that having a pet is not just a passing trend, but a long-term commitment filled with love, care, and responsibility.
As part of its ongoing support, PIK Tourism Board also contributed donations to two shelters—Maria Stray Home and Rumah Singgah TPP—to help sustain their operations and ensure proper care for animals in need.
This initiative is further supported by Royal Canin Indonesia and the Fawna app, working hand in hand to strengthen a compassionate and sustainable pet care ecosystem in Indonesia.
More than just an event, “Share Love, Save Lives” is part of the journey toward PAW Expo 2026—a continuous movement dedicated to educating both current and future pet owners that every animal deserves a life filled with love and dignity.
Through this meaningful step, we hope to see more animals find their forever homes—and more hearts inspired to care.
